防静电服制作可以选择的面料!

1.防静电织物是通过导电纤维与普通织物混合而成的,由于其不受外界环境的影响,目前已得到广泛的接受和认可。该防静电织物的抗静电性与导电纤维的种类及导电金属、石墨、炭黑等在纤维中的分散性,分为导电成分均匀型、导电成分覆盖型、导电成分复合型四种。其他导电成分如炭黑、石墨等复合导电纤维可直接用于织造的纤维,在经纱中每隔一定间距(如1.5 cm左右)嵌入一根导电丝,就可获得良好的导电效果,从而使其具有良好的导电性能。

The anti-static property of this anti-static fabric is divided into four types: uniform conductive component type, covered conductive component type, and composite conductive component type, based on the type of conductive fiber and the dispersion of conductive metals, graphite, carbon black, etc. in the fiber. Other conductive components such as carbon black, graphite, and other composite conductive fibers can be directly used for weaving fibers. By embedding a conductive wire at a certain interval (such as about 1.5 cm) in the warp yarn, good conductivity can be achieved, thus making it have good conductivity.
2.防静电织物的第二种防静电工作服是在聚酯纤维或锦纶聚合物纤维内部加入磷脂、磺酸盐等表面活性剂,或引入第叁单体,以形成耐久的抗静电纤维。因为添加物的抗静电剂大多是遇碱起反应或分解的表面活性剂,所以在织物整理或洗涤时,不要使用碱性洗涤剂,以免影响抗静电效果,这种纤维适于做无尘服、无菌衣、民用服装。
The second type of anti-static work clothes for anti-static fabrics is to add surfactants such as phospholipids and sulfonates inside polyester or nylon polymer fibers, or introduce a third monomer to form durable anti-static fibers. Because most of the antistatic agents used in additives are surfactants that react or decompose with alkali, do not use alkaline detergents during fabric finishing or washing to avoid affecting the antistatic effect. This type of fiber is suitable for making dust-free clothing, sterile clothing, and civilian clothing.


3.第叁种防静电织物防静电工作服是选用抗静电剂对织物纤维进行树脂整理,经浸轧、焙烘后附着于纤维织物表面,使织物具有一定的抗静电效果。现在只能用在普通服装上身上的吸附、点火花放电、吸灰等常见静电现象。

4.导电布具有金属膜层结合力好、固化性好、电磁屏蔽效能高等优点。它以涤纶叁角异形丝(50诲&迟颈尘别蝉;50诲)轻盈纺、36蹿丝为布基,采用真空法依次沉积狈颈-颁耻金属膜层,继而通过电镀方法依次沉积狈颈-颁耻-狈颈,制成具有5层金属膜系的复合金属膜层导电布。
